2. Availability of items
All orders are served from our Internet warehouse; products we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours. Products that we do not keep in stock can usually be ordered and are delivered within two to three weeks. However, SM Canada cannot be held responsible for failure to meet posted delivery times.
When a supplier informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer will receive an email notification.
The prices displayed on the www.smcanada.org website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For all deliveries outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and shipping costs. Under no circumstances may a customer combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in shipping costs.
Orders placed on the www.smcanada.org website must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Mail and telephone orders can be paid by check or cash on delivery (COD).
6. Delivery time
A delay of two working days must be allowed for the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added an average of one to three working days for a delivery in Quebec. SM Canada cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to a stock shortage or due to the carrier.
